Establish a relationship and put the client at ease knowing that their project will be handled in a timely and cost effective manner. Keeping the client informed every step of the way as to what is taking place and what needs to be done to resolve the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated with a Double Major in Computer Science and Computer Engineering with Double Minors in Mathematics. A+, Network +, MCSE.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential and Commercial, no business is too small or too large. Our clientele range from the everyday home users to doctors office, golf and country clubs to The Breakers Hotel, just to mention a few.
