Pricing depends on the scope and complexity of the project. Small repairs can often be estimated from photos, while larger projects may require a site visit for a more accurate quote. My goal is to provide fair and transparent pricing with quality workmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with understanding the customer’s needs. I usually ask for photos and a short description of the project so I can provide an initial estimate. If necessary, I schedule a site visit to evaluate the job and give a more accurate quote. Once everything is agreed, we schedule the work and complete the project with attention to quality and clear communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in civil engineering and many years of experience in construction and remodeling. I have worked in different areas of residential construction, including drywall, carpentry, repairs, and renovations. My experience includes managing projects, technical evaluation of buildings, and delivering quality workmanship.
