I have used the Nightingale Law Firm for 2 cases as well as 1 case for my mother and have had nothing but the best experience with them. My first case and my mothers case were transferred to the Nightingale Law Firm from one of the larger billboard advertising law firms in the Clearwater area. They treated our cases as if they really could careless about us or even our case. They were very unorganized, kept requesting the same documents over and over....once I switched to Nightingale I only had to provide the information once and everything was taken care of after that. They are also very good at negotiating with the doctor's offices and insurance company to lower the amount of money you have to pay back for medical services rendered!! In my opinion this is one of the best PersonalInjury law firms in the area who actually cares about you and the outcome of your case. They try to get as much money in your pocket as possible.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are 33.33% of any money I obtain for you. If a lawsuit is necessary, my fees are 40% of any money I obtain for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a hands on approach to working with clients. From day one I am working hard on their case and I continue to provide my clients updates throughout their case. All clients have my cell phone and can call or text me anytime.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I accelerated through college and graduated in three years Summa Cum Laude. I then attended Boston College Law School which is one of the top 25 law schools in the country.
