Aqua Affects did an awesome job. Fair price, quick turnaround (roof and driveway was completed within 10 days of accepting their quote). My neighbors decided to have Preston/Aqua Affects wash his roof too so Preston returned to my house and did a little extra at no charge.
I love doing business with great service companies and wanted to share my good experience.
Side note: 2 months ago a roofing company insisted I needed a new roof. It was just heavy black fungus (? or mold?). Will upload pics soon

I would highly recommend this company as they deliver above and beyond what was expected. Tim Dyson is a man of his word, and his son Preston is a true professional, who called to keep me posted on the time of arrival, as the weather was somewhat unfavorable. You will not find a better company with integrity and work ethic!

Great experience from initial engagement through the communication after the job was completed. They responded quickly and were able to do the work within a couple days of my initial inquiry. The quality of the work was exceptional. My roof and patios look great and all of the gutters are completely clean. Will definitely do business with Aqua Affects again in the future.
