Hired to replace a part in my LG clothes washer. Pavel was on time for our appointment. He diagnosed the issue, identified the part required, informed me of the cost and approximate time he would get the part. When the part arrived he contacted me and we scheduled the visit. On the day of appointment he was on time and performed the repair quickly. Going to call him for more work.
