Great service! I had a leak coming from my dishwasher's inside door. Jose was prompt, super helpful, and quickly identified the problem. A $45 service fee that gets deducted from the total repair cost, which is a nice touch. We've already ordered the part and they are coming back to install it once it arrives. Definitely recommend them!

My dishwasher was not draining and it was flowing out under the new flooring I had installed just 4 months earlier. JG was great , checked the drain pipe and the pump but both were ok, he checked the wiring and finally found the culprit it was the water intake valve wasn’t functioning correctly. He was here over 6 hours and was worth the money not to have to replace the dishwasher. He is also getting me a price on my broken glass cooktop. I highly recommend them!

My service call fee is $85, which covers the diagnosis. If the customer proceeds with the repair, that fee is applied toward the total cost. I don’t usually offer discounts due to travel and time, but I always aim to provide fair and transparent pricing
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer about the issue and gather details. Then I schedule a visit, diagnose the problem on-site, and explain the solution and cost. If approved, I proceed with the repair

I have hands-on training and experience working with different appliance systems. I stay updated by continuously learning and working on a wide range of repairs.
