- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is scope-based and transparent, you’ll receive a detailed estimate with allowances and a clear payment schedule tied to milestones. We offer package pricing for kitchen/bath, daily/weekly/monthly rates for equipment with or without operator, and competitive trucking rates for hauling and debris. No surprise fees; change orders are approved in. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. On-site or virtual consult to define goals, budget, and timeline. 2. Measured walkthrough & proposal with line-item scope. 3. Design/permits (we handle it). 4. Build with weekly updates (photos + milestones). 5. Final walk-through and warranty handoff. 
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Our leadership team grew up on job sites, first supplying and operating heavy equipment, then managing builds for GCs across Florida. That hands-on foundation led us to launch FYA Construction, uniting new builds, additions, remodeling, and equipment/trucking rental services under one accountable team.
