Mr. Valvano was the first to respond with a quote which was reasonable. He came when asked, and he and his brother were very respectful. They did a good job painting, and were very careful of my furniture, as they had to move a couple large pieces. I liked that he encouraged me to spot any areas needing a touch up. I recommend his service to others.

Valvano was punctual, professional, and had great work quality. Online Valvano quoted me their initial price. Then Valvano opted to come and do an in-person assessment of the walls of my one-bedroom and felt it necessary to lower his initial quote. Three days later Valvano was completing the job. On the day of the service, Valvano was punctual and prepared. They painted the walls and trim and the job was quick, but the craftsmanship wasn't compromised. They wore masks, had all the necessary tools, and asked questions of anything they were uncertain of before painting. Also, I appreciated that they were relatively quiet and didn't need much oversight. That's helpful when you're working from home and in meetings most of the day. I appreciated the integrity of Valvano Service and I would certainly recommend this team to anyone looking for a painter. In fact, I already have!

We needed our wood kitchen cabinets painted. Informed him on the beginning that we were only available on weekends cause of our work schedule. First weekend he canceled cause he got sick (understandable). Next weekend he came alone after that it was him and a kid, then him and another guy. Took almost a month to get done what we got done very poorly. He started painting things without sanding them. He didn’t sand until we brought up that the paint won’t stick without it being sanded. Put cabinets doors on where they didn’t go. The cabinet doors has drip marks and brush strokes all on them even though he told us he was using a spray gun. Kept mixing up the colors they were suppose to be so he had to re sand and repaint multiple times. Didn’t tape off everything so he got paint on our appliances and countertops. Painted over nails. The pictures you see is of the last time he was here before we had to let him go because it was just too much stress. He did say he needed to resand and repaint them AGAIN but we chose not to continue with his services. I just don’t understand why you would even put the doors back on if you saw them looking like that and know you have to redo them.
