- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We sell to homeowners with contractors price. We also have financing zero down and 12months to pay with no interest We take credit card with no fees
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure you are comparing the same material, thickness and wear layer it’s the most important thing. Also ask if the total thickness includes the padding under the floor or not. Very easy, we visit the customer to take accurate measurements and special needs, make a presentation of our product and colors, next we can sit down and talk about price right after measurements otherwise receive by email later the estimate if the customer prefer. The deposit is collected after contract signed and schedule the start day.
