Our house was under contract when the roof issue was discovered by an inspector. Mold Xperts INC came out right away and repaired the problem right away.
Very friendly, explained everything, and finished when they said they would.
I hope I don't have roof issues in my new home but if I do, Mold Xperts is who I will call.

Would highly recommend CLG Mold Xperts as they were quick, helpful, and professional with their response by being able to squeeze me in by coming out the same day for the free estimate/inspection. They also did a thorough job in inspecting the property to find a both the problem, as I had an unknown leak, then giving a solution to the repair. They used thermal imagining and a moisture meter as well as observing the property in full to determine the cause. Specifically both Carlos & Chris were super professional and courteous. Even though they didn't have to, they wore their masks anyway when coming to my home just to be understanding even though COVID protocols have been lifted. For these reason, I would recommend.

crew was delayed due to Covid 19 issues and that understandable. there was some confusion on pricing and the estimate but that was cleared up before work was completed and the two guys did an excellent job with an exterior water filter install.
