We contacted Luke at Viking Air to investigate the foul odor coming from our HVAC system. He inspected both upstairs and downstairs, cleaned the coils, emptied the drains, and diagnosed a little bit of mold that was creating the odor (all for just $39). He installed a UV-C light in the handler and ultimately eliminated the foul, moist odor from our upstairs HVAC. Luke was courteous, thorough, and a true professional. Will not hesitate to contact him should we have any future HVAC issues.

Luke came out to estimate a problem where another company failed to diagnose. He had the issue pinpointed very quickly. However, he needed to replace a fried control board and had to go get the part, which was fine except I had wasted the entire day with the other repair tech and didn’t have time left for him to complete it that day. We made verbal arrangements for him to come back that next day, but I never heard from him again despite trying to reach out and ended up having to call another company to complete the repairs. Not sure why I was ghosted but he definitely seemed knowledgeable and capable of getting my issue taken care of.

Very simple, professional process. We like to greet the new customer, find out how we can resolve any problems the customer has with their AC/heating unit, followed by giving the best solutions to the homeowner for them to choose from.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner "Lukas Vandenberg" has a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Florida which helps himself as well as the company to diagnose, design, and offer the best solutions for our customers.
