We contacted Luke at Viking Air to investigate the foul odor coming from our HVAC system. He inspected both upstairs and downstairs, cleaned the coils, emptied the drains, and diagnosed a little bit of mold that was creating the odor (all for just $39). He installed a UV-C light in the handler and ultimately eliminated the foul, moist odor from our upstairs HVAC. Luke was courteous, thorough, and a true professional. Will not hesitate to contact him should we have any future HVAC issues.

These guys are experts! Viking helped us consider a range of options and we ultimately changed out downstairs condenser and handler. In an 80 year old house nothing is simple, and the whole set up works (and looks) better than ever. The inspector even commented that he recognizes Viking's high quality work when we sees it. Call Viking for any A/C concerns- Luke and Dan are great!

very nice and seemed very thorough and honest. brought him in for a system check and freon. gave me tips on how to better maintain the system and showed me some parts that are nearing end of life but didn't try to sell me anything now before it goes other than a capacitor which was failing. i'd use this company for future HVAC needs.

All I can says is wow....Lukas and his crew arrived at my house early in the morning and they worked all day to ensure that they got the job done and were 100% done the same day. This was no easy job and they blew me away. I have a healthy distrust of HVAC companies, they charge too much and they under deliver but no Viking - I would and am going to recommend them to everyone. If you want a fair price and a good deal call Viking.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very simple, professional process. We like to greet the new customer, find out how we can resolve any problems the customer has with their AC/heating unit, followed by giving the best solutions to the homeowner for them to choose from.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner "Lukas Vandenberg" has a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Florida which helps himself as well as the company to diagnose, design, and offer the best solutions for our customers.
