FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a cost-plus billing approach. Our builder platform includes a client portal that provides real-time access to financials, eliminating the frustrations that often come with a lack of transparency. You’ll have full visibility into all expenses and can rest assured that the only additional cost will be a clearly defined builder fee applied over the actual expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to make building your home smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. Here’s a general overview: 1. Initial Consultation: We meet to discuss your vision, goals, and budget. 2. Design & Planning: You’ll work with our team (and/or your architect) to create floor plans and design details that fit your lifestyle. 3. Proposal & Contract: Once the plans are finalized, we’ll provide a detailed cost estimate and contract outlining the scope, pricing model, and timeline. 4. Permitting: We handle the necessary permits and approvals so construction can begin without delays. 5. Construction: This is where your vision comes to life. You’ll receive regular updates, schedule access, and budget tracking through our online client portal. 6. Walkthrough & Completion: Before move-in, we’ll do a final walkthrough to ensure every detail meets your expectations. 7. Warranty & Support: After closing, we remain available for any warranty questions or service needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a fourth-generation builder, so construction has been a part of my life from an early age. I grew up learning the trade firsthand — from framing and foundations to project management and client relationships. I graduated from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and hold the highest level of General Contractor license available in the state of Florida, which I’ve maintained for nearly 20 years. That license allows me to oversee every aspect of residential and commercial construction, ensuring full compliance with state codes and standards. My education, combined with decades of hands-on experience and a family legacy in building, gives me a unique perspective on both the craftsmanship and the business side of construction.
