- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we have just a few standard price packages that we can offer depending on your needs. And just like most venues we give a discount for weekday events, so if you are looking to cut your costs this can help save your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually contact our new customers either in person or over the phone within 48 hours to go over the planning process. All of our forms are online from music selections to event time lines. Once our clients complete these forms we will talk again to discuss any details before the event. By the time we actually work for you we like to feel like we have more of a connection than someone you hire just to play music.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I am a member of the American Disc Jockey Association and attend monthly meetings with other professionals in the Tampa Bay area to discuss all the latest trends.
