Rich arrived an hour before my daughter’s graduation party started to set up his equipment. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always give the costumer more value than the fee rendered. The customer receives the best value because all of the work is done by me personally, allowing me to save on overhead and reflecting the savings back to the customer. The reason is that I love what I do and my work reflects that.
