Ethan is the absolute best! He not only came out earlier in the day to fix our problem but he returned after hours when TECO informed us that he needed to return. And he did so without hesitation! I had called Ethan out due to me losing power in one of my rooms, he was able to find the problem quick, he replaced all the wire in the room, along with the breaker. He cleaned up after himself, was super nice and professional.
