- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My estimated prices are never for a specific time. They’re simply just estimates. If it takes more time than scheduled to capture the photos you’d like, I’m more than happy to spend the extra time or even schedule another date (to get the lighting/perfect weather conditions) at no extra costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing expectations is the most important thing. My style of photography and what I like might be different than my customers’. Defining what makes a good photograph first and foremost my most important objective when speaking with new customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Photography was always a passion of mine. Looking back on photos of a cherished moment brings back a precious nostalgic feeling that is difficult to explain. Sharing this feeling with others is extremely rewarding.
