- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Whether you are thinking of booking our Luxury Wedding Photography services or our Senior/Model Portrait Experience, the pricing model is relatively the same. Unless you are purchasing a collection that includes an album or prints, the price of our services include the specified time, travel up to 25 miles, the talent's experience & expertise, editing of the specified amount of photos, digital online gallery, print release and a grand reveal celebration. Discounts are applied when a client books both photography & videography (cinematic videos) services. During the grand reveal celebration, clients will have the opportunity to order printed products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before accepting any clients, it's important for us to know that we are a good match for each other. Ideally, we can set up a discovery call where we can really listen to the vision that our clients have, get to know each other a bit and later go more in depth about pricing. After the discovery call, usually both parties are ecstatic to work together, we will send over an agreement/contract, after it has been signed by both parties a 50% non-refundable retainer is due to secure the date. We will maintain communication with our customer and help with all that we can to make sure that the day of the event/shoot is smooth. A week before the event or shoot, we can hop on a quick call and make sure any changes are communicated. After the day of the event, we will edit the photos and/or video and schedule a date for the grand reveal celebration. During the grand reveal celebration, we treat our clients with champagne, snacks and a custom slideshow with their favorite music to experience their visuals for the first time and make all desired print product orders.
