- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest and offer competitive pricing. We take pride in what we deliver, we are strict on timing and respect the job site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we schedule a meeting - the estimate is free of charge The company will present a full scope of work with a set price. Once we have an agreement on what is going to be done and the cost, we break the process into stages of progress and payment as the project continues until it’s done and the client is satisfied
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 6 years of experience in the remodeling field working under a licensed contractor and preforming small to large scale projects combined with 7 years of Relator knowledge of the market
