I hired Mark at Legacy Built to replace three planks, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’ve honestly never met a contractor who is as honest and genuinely cares about his customers as much as Mark does. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, was upfront about any issues he encountered, and went above and beyond to find solutions and make sure everything was done right. His communication, integrity, and commitment to his customers are exceptional. I highly recommend Mark and Legacy Built!

Mark and his son with Legacy Built Solutions LLC did an outstanding job on our front entryway tile project. We wanted to replace the four center tiles along the front edge to give the entrance a little more character, and the finished product came out better than we envisioned.
They were professional, friendly, showed up when expected, and paid close attention to every detail. The new tiles were installed cleanly and precisely, the grout lines look great, and they made sure everything was right before wrapping up. They also left the entire area clean when they were finished.
Great pricing, quality craftsmanship, and excellent communication throughout the entire process from start to finish. Mark kept us informed every step of the way, which is something we really appreciated.
I also really appreciate that they take care of our military, veterans, and law enforcement. 🇺🇸
You can tell Mark and his son take pride in their work. Even though this wasn’t a huge project, they treated it like it was important, and that says a lot about a contractor.
We’ll absolutely be calling Legacy Built Solutions LLC again for future projects. Highly recommend them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
