This was my 1st time getting gutters installed. Arthur did an amazing job with explaining the process and answering all of my questions. Arthur was very nice and knowledgeable. Dave and Layne did the install and they were very nice and clean. It hasn't rained in the daytime so I can't really tell if there's anything wrong, but they look great. Once I get my landscaping completed everything will look amazing.

Nice install, they explained what they would use and why, didn't try to upsell. Great guys. Cleaned away old gutters with no mess left. New utters look and perform great.

Hired 5 star and Jason, the on site estimator was on time for the free estimate and professional. Fair price, and reasonable schedule based on weather. However, Johnson Gutter Co. showed up, who 5 Star subbed out. No communication on who the sub guys were or their arrival date and time. Glad I was home. But, Johnson Co. did a good job, longer than expected, due to miscalculation of material. They had to leave to get more material, but worked out just fine in the end. Gutters look nice, guys did a great job and Johnson Co. guys were professional. And received a paid invoice via email from 5 Star.
