- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I get a lead from the customer, I will contact them within 4 hours. If I can't make contact with them over the phone, I will follow up my voicemail with an email. When we make contact, I will set up a day and time for an estimate (usually within a day or two). I ask if there are getting anymore estimates, if so, I will wait a few days for a follow up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for Leaf Filter for a period of time installing gutters and gutter guards. For a week or so I trained under management and then went out on my own. Since then, I have installed thousands of feet of gutters and gutter guards.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked with a major gutter company in the past and I loved the work but I noticed how much they were overcharging customers. As a result, I started my own business to provide quality work in a timely manner for a fair price.
