Bryan and 27 Magnolia did an excellent job tiling my balcony. I had concerns about how rain water would drain because I had problems in the past. Bryan listened to me and took extra care to address my concerns. He made certain the pitch was perfect and that weep holes were available for draining. Great job! I will be hiring 27 Magnolia again.
