At The Clean Exchange LLC we believe in clear and upfront pricing with no hidden fees. We offer discounted rates for recurring house cleaning services and a referral program to thank our loyal customers for their continued trust. Pricing is based on the size of the home, type of cleaning (standard, deep cleaning, or move-in/move-out), and any special requests. We’re always happy to provide a detailed quote and answer questions before scheduling, so customers know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At The Clean Exchange LLC, our process is simple, personalized, and focused on results. We start by contacting the customer to understand their specific cleaning needs, the size of the home, and whether they’re looking for standard house cleaning, deep cleaning, or move-in/move-out cleaning. When we arrive at the home, we walk through the space together and review priority areas, special requests, and any areas the customer would like extra attention on. We also offer professional recommendations based on the condition of the home, and the customer always has final approval. Some clients provide a checklist or written notes, which we’re happy to follow. Our goal is to deliver exactly what the customer wants — every visit.

The owner began her career as a professional house cleaner, developing strong skills in deep cleaning, detailed sanitizing, and efficient home care systems. That same standard is now used to train every cleaner on our team. Our professional maids are trained in proper cleaning techniques, safe product use, detailed checklists, and attention to high-touch and hard-to-reach areas.
