- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're very transparent with our prices and discounts. You can see all of our pricing right from our profile page. We do offer discounts for monthly, bi-weekly and weekly cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to know what the customer's requirements are. e.g. when the customer would like to have their home cleaned, size of the home, if there are any special instructions, etc. Once we fully understand, we provide a quote. Once the customer accepts the quote, we entered all the info into our system and schedule the visit. The customer receives a text message reminder 2 days and 1 day prior to the visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners have been in this business for about 5 years. So lots of experience here :-)
