- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are offered to reoccurring clients. The estimated price given is not always the final cost. To prevent any “surprises” in pricing, please request a consult via video chat, pictures, or in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking what they are looking for. Do you want a deep clean? Do you want a standard/ regular clean? Are you a potential repeat client or a one- time client? What chemicals do you allow and disallow in your home? After all these questions (and more) are asked, I ask for pictures or to visit and then we determine a price for their personalized clean.
