- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair, upfront pricing with free estimates. I also offer discounts when multiple services are scheduled together. I work with my clients and when they give me referrals that book I reward them with a discounted service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start by asking a few questions about what they need, then I provide a free estimate. Once we agree on the work, we schedule a time that works for them. I show up on time, walk through the project before I start, and make sure they’re happy with everything before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training has been hands on through professional equipment manufacturers, industry resources, and real-world experience working for exterior cleaning companies to learn the trades.I stay up to date on the proper cleaning methods so different surfaces are cleaned safely without causing damage.
