Kate is a serious professional who enjoys a collaborative experience. She is a good listener and adds and eliminates design ideas as needed. She is punctual; responds within 24 hours and if you have a follow up question, an answer is not far behind. My project for Kate was to furnish a villa so that I could move in by a certain date. Kate guided me and kept me focused. She created mood boards that visualized her ideas for me and some floor plans. When I was doubtful, she used her professional experience to gently help me move beyond my comfort level and was usually correct. Her collaboration, creativity and levelheadedness help me meet my goal. Kate is warm and personable which helped to make the project less stressful for me being under a time constraint. I highly , highly recommend Kate.

Kate squeezed me into her schedule despite my short time line. Brained stormed through a couple of very challenging design dilemmas in a friendly and respectful manner. Then helped me acquire the services of a handyman to complete the project. If Kate had been able to bring the handyman with her I would have rated the experience as perfect.

We hired Kate Sparks for design and project oversight for redecorating our condo in Sarasota. Kate is a wonderfully talented designer, very professional, and a kind person. She wants your space to ultimately be beautiful & be a space that you’re happy with & that reflects you. For us she definitely achieved that. I first engaged Kate to design my living room and from there I've continued to engage her services for other rooms including most recently a complete gut of the kitchen and bathroom. I've been extremely satisfied with how easy it has been to work with her and how listened to what style and feel I wanted and then brought her professional design knowledge to collaboratively find designs and products that have fulfilled my vision for the space and the end product is better than anything I could have imagined without her help
