Ryan Glazer provided the most competitive quote via a very professional email. This company is very tech savvy and allows you to accept the bid and sign and do everything electronically. Ryan and his team were able to accommodate me within a few days to paint my entire exterior. I met with him at the end of the job to review quality and happily paid him. I highly recommend 360 Painting of St. Petersburg as they are very competitive and very technologically efficient.

From the very beginning, I was impressed with the exceptional customer service, responsiveness and follow-up Ryan, the owner, provided. He and his staff did a wonderful job painting the entire interior of my home, including doors and trim, as well as my exterior front door. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use an estimating tool that calculates time for an average painter determined by the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America. What that means is that you will not see the painters rushing to get the job done and move on to the next one. They will stay until the job is completed to your satisfaction with a Circle of Trust Walkthru at the end.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a ten step process that starts with a set up call just to gather the initial information on the project. Then someone will visit your home to complete a complete walk thru, gathering all the details, concluding with a fixed price estimate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I managed the Environmental Services depts for over 20 years in the long term care industry. I wanted to start getting involved with my community, so we started this company.
