Very good service. Bonisa (sp?) arrived on time, actually a few minutes early, was well equipped with tools and supplies, took a quick look around and got right to work. House looks, smells and feels clean. Very pleasant lady and good professional experience from proposal to quote to scheduling to execution. My only negative is that the service covers Exactly what was quoted. I asked that she dust my vertical blinds, but she explained that they weren't part of the service. While I would have expected a more casual approach to doing whatever needed doing, I can't really fault them for sticking to the service we arranged in advance. Service isn't cheap, but isn't as expensive as some of the vendors. I'm going to inquire about ironing clothes and getting those blinds dusted, and maybe even see if they'll wash windows. Regardless, I think I'll ask them back on a regular basis. Tampa - December 2016

Very pleased with our experience so far with The Bright Choice! Chantal and team are wonderful to work with, very professional, efficient, and cleaning service top notch. We have vacation rentals so I am very happy to find this company. We will absolutely continue use their services on a regular basis!

Chantelle was right on time, finished work requested efficiently, even inside windows along w excellent cleaning throughout We hope to use her again although for Canadian exchange rate at present the cost precludes us from having the pleasure of Chantelle!s expertise as often as we would like. Our pricing is based off of square footage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Through thumbtack I quote based on the square footage of the home. The customer can call or book on our website. If the customer would like a quote based upon specific criteria I would meet them in their home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in customer service for over 10 years. I know what good customer service looks like. I was in the Army National Guard for 12 years so I know what clean should be.
