I had a pool spa cedar cover restained by them with two coats for a decent price compared to other estimates I received. Workers were courteous, they did sand it first but I felt they should have waited longer to apply second coat. My shell was not covered well with a semi-solid I chose.

They did offer to come back and do two coats of a solid stain for a just a bit more but basically blew me off. Kept on trying to schedule an appointment and unable. But this does not surprise me because they got their money and pretty typical for Florida contractors.

Update 6/3/26:

They did come out and finished the job properly. It was well done.

Danny a owner/partner was very accommodating and interested in obtaining my business for the exterior of my house to be painted. I asked a lot of questions. I had a few requests during the paint job and he and his workers were quickly responsive & diligent with those request. Danny calls you right back or texted me response. If he didn't know the answer he found out immediately! Some vendors I had receive quotes came out and I never receive a quote, or they did but they were not as interested in the job. Carl who head his crew has like 30 yrs of experience and is very knowledgeable and cares about his work. He helped me with ideas as well.

I learned a lot about what goes into a good job vs a not so good job. They fixed the cracks and chipping paint that I had in spots. They sprayed a sealer on all those spots that have been chipped, scraped & gone down to the cement masonry or stucco. This allows for the paint to not chip off again.

I had spent less before with someone and got terrible results who didn't do this type of extensive work and that work started chipping after 5 yrs.

I spend more with these guys and they did a great job. This is our forever home so I went with more expensive and longer lasting paint up to 10 to 15 yrs they said.

My recommendation is to have them test paint on a wall before you decide the color for the body of your home to see if you like it when it dries.

I paid them already and they are coming out to fix a few spots. This will test their guarantee to see if they will be their word.

I hope you choose the right people like I feel I did. Thank you Danny, Carl, Orlando and William. Oh Danny next time bring a blower or broom for afterwards. I offered mine for the cleanup which William enjoyed using my blower.

Carl and Orlando did an excellent job. They were very helpful and mindful of their work and offered good suggestions to help me as I move into my new mobile. They did an excellent job and if I need them in the future for anything, like painting the outside of my mobile, I will be getting in touch with them. I’ve posted the first 5 pictures I took before and then 15 after, huge improvement!
