Health and wellness is my passion, and I also graduated with a counseling degree and firmly believe in the mind and body connection. I specialize in full time virtual coaching so you no longer need to risk taking those chances with Covid or the gym intimidation. There is no such thing as TMI, trust me I’ve heard it all as a nutrition coach! My goal is for you to look forward to our time together and Instead of looking at exercise as a chore, think of it as your self care time. It’s all about mindset! My consultations are about 45 minutes so let’s connect and do this thing! I’m also certified in pre and post natal training so Mama’s looking to have healthy delivery’s or get back into shape after childbirth I’ve got your back :) (Please note I’ve listed my price per session)

After my first call with Tessla I knew she really cared about her clients and their fitness and nutritional needs. She took the time to talk about me, about my previous training and workout history and my current nutrition. Each session is customized to my abilities. She begins slowly to get to know your strengths and weaknesses and builds on them session by session. She is there to push and motivate you throughout the session while making sure you have good form and don’t cause any injuries or pain to yourself. I’ve done cross fit and other programs but when the workout got hard it was easy to take it easy in the crowd. I never made it past the second week with those programs. The one-on-one attention from Tessla doesn’t let you do that. She pushes you through every rep and every second of the exercise, but also knows when to ease up if needed. I’m going on week 6 now with no end in sight. If you know you need one-on-one motivation to get you started on your fitness journey or you need someone who will customize your workouts to your strengths and weaknesses I highly recommend Tessla.

I have worked with many personal trainers over the years and Tessla is hands down the best I have ever coo ok me across. I work with a number of previous injuries, and Tessla is always able to modify exercises, challenging me in safe and effective ways. She is an absolute joy to talk with and really listens to my needs. She is very knowledgeable about the human body and constantly inspires me to work my hardest. I really trust her and I would recommend her to any and all of my friends.

Tessla is one of the most genuine and kind people I have ever worked with! She cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they see improvement each week. She has been very attentive to my needs and goals. She pushes me to strive for more with each session, and I have felt so much stronger since working with her. I would highly recommend her!

I trained with Tesla for about 3 months before COVID, I trained twice a week and it was the best experience I could ask for from a trainer. Tesla asked me what my goals were and what my lifestyle was like. From there she told me what I should eat, how much I should sleep, what exercise to do and what not to do ! She was amazing! Our training sessions were incredible, she will really bring the best out in you because even when I thought about giving up she would push me and give me courage to finish my workout strong. Tesla really knows what she is talking about because in those 3 months I felt and look the best I ever have I gained so much muscle and I became more happy and energetic by following the recommendations in diet and workouts Tesla gave me. If you have the chance to train with her do it ! It’s the best decision you’ll make!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our first meeting will be about 45 minutes to an hour of getting to know each other and going through your daily and weekly routines. I’m an open book and my goal is for you to feel comfortable and excited that we can accomplish your goals together! We’ll talk everything from sleep patterns to snacking :)
