- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Industry trade shows. The cool thing about our industry is there are ALWAYS new technologies and techniques coming out. Our staff attend industry trade shows to help us identify the best products and services to offer our customers. Again, we consider ourselves "Brand Consultants" so we are focused on helping our customers brand themselves in the coolest way!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Compare apples to apples and you get what you pay for. Old cliche's, but they are so true. We hear from our customers "I found another place who will print my shirts for $1 cheaper". Well ask the other place. What type of shirt? What is the quality of the shirt? How many ounces is the fabric? What type of ink/threads do you use? Questions like these will help you to compare apples to apples. We have all experienced a quality made t-shirt versus a thin, cheap tee. For example - all cars have 4 tires, a steering wheel, and an engine, but do they all costs the same? Think about it...
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Everything is custom. We try our best to offer a standard price list; however, every project we work on tends to be a custom quote. How many colors? How many print locations? What type of garment? How many stitches? How many items? What type of print process? I think you get the idea...
