- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step one is a phone interview. We will discuss your property and explain how our service works. You will be able to ask any questions you may have about hiring a property manager. Once we have decided to work together, we will arrange for a meeting at the property where we will go into further detail about what we provide, and how we will serve your property management needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our property managers are licensed real estate agents & brokers in the state of Florida. Many of our managers have completed higher levels of education, along with industry-specific training and certifications. We constantly thrive to improve our knowledge and education in the field of property management so that we can better serve our clients. We are fully licensed and insured.
