As a very satisfied customer for almost 4 years, I can honestly say that I have found Masada to be the best of the best!!!
When I chose Masada, it was because I no longer felt that a well known Security company did NOT provide me the service I expected, beyond the initial installation. Their costumer service was TERRIBLE !!!!
I dealt with Brenda Friedman (operations manager) and William Burnham (owner) and decided to have them install Security Cameras and subscribed to their Monitered Security System, where I have "world wide" access to see my home & notified of any alert I choose.
I can honestly say that Masada and the people that make my home safe, is the BEST !!!!

On time, professional with very competitive monthly rates. Customer service is very important to me. I do not want a call center when I have security or camera issues. I use Masada for personal and my rentals. I highly recommend Masada Security.
