I called Masada Security to get an estimate from them on replacing my current system. The owner, William, answered the phone and came out the same afternoon. He explained my options to me and gave me an estimate on what it would cost. There was no hard selling tactics, just a friendly conversation.I thought about it a few days and then called to confirm. Again, William answered and he scheduled the workday. Charlie was the installer and he was exceptional. It took him a few hours and then he explained the system to me and made sure I was comfortable with all the settings. He said to not hesitate to call if I had any questions after the install.I strongly recommend this company. The owner and installer were great to work with and there was none of the high-powered sales tactics of the larger companies. Just friendly and professional service. Oh, and no going through 5 AI voice prompts to get to a human being.

I want to thank Masada Security for their installation of an additional camera to my security system The install was very challenging, but Williams crew did an excellent job in short order to include a thorough cleanup after the install was complete. I received several quotes and theirs was by far the best. I will be sure to let all my friends in need of any security needs to contact Masada Security. An easy 5 star for me!

We have been with Masada since 2021 and are very happy with our security system and feel very safe. Technology works seamlessly and is easy to operate both in house and remotely. I value that if I have a question or need a battery change out a person answers the phone and they address my question or request quickly!

I am always so impressed with these folks, incredibly responsive via phone or text. Although we do not have regular monitoring, our home was prewired with their security system. The window and door alarms give me piece of mind for my young children. I would recommend this local company over any large company I have used in the past. There is nothing like a family owned company working locally to keep you and your loved ones safe. Thank you for all you do!

I have a long business relationship -this is my 3rd project with Masada. I am happy. Excellent jobs .The staff is knowledgeable, polite, punctual and patient- they explain the equipment in detail. The owner and the crew (Jay, Charlie and Dylan) know what they do - they inform you and then execute the project as discussed. I highly recommend it.
