A true professional! He did an excellent job. He was extremely committed to doing the best possible job considering the circumstances. I loved 2 of the 3 toilets done. One had a cracked flange. He use a metal replacement flange ring. That toilet seal adhesive caulk didn’t came out with the same finish flush as the other ones. The original toilet mounting flange was set up incorrectly higher than the floor level when the house was built. He went out of his way to make certain that the job was done properly. He got the work completed in a very timely manner and communicated with me every step of the way. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 stars because the Contractor Tom was good throughout the process but not excellent. I was told by him that he was licensed and insured. I asked several times to provide me his license number and he failed to provide it to me. I definitely recommend to use VPK Plumbing. Javier’s job was, by far, the best and for the lowest value.
