The service was good initially; then they transferred our account to another vendor without any advance notice. When I asked to provide a refund for the time they didn't provide service, they promised to issue to refund multiple times. As now, we have not received the refund. Would not recommend!

DO NOT HIRE. They flaked on me before Labor Day and didn’t clean the pool for over two weeks. Then when I demanded a reduced rate, they fabricated records to say I owed them money. Please avoid like the plague. They are terrible and unreliable. 👎
