- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm not the priciest but I'm also not the cheapest. I'm educated in science and engineering. I'm passionate about my craft and love to give my clients the best information to advise and serve. I'm dedicated to ensuring my word is understood and trust is earned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost our priority is to clearly understand your needs and expectations. Secondly, we perform a full system analysis to understand the condition of your pool components and water quality. From there we can appropriately make reccomdations on equipment performance and upgrades or replacement as necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA - University of South Florida, as well as a water science professional background. Certified Pool Operator and Inspector - CPO / CPI.
