What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process looks somethign like this:
1- Introduction call: this is where we learn about your project and get all the particulars. We'll also any questions you have to provide as much education as we can.
2- Quote/proposal: this is where we provide the cost and deliverable required for executing your project. We'll review all this with you in detail so there aren't any lingering questions.
3- Kickoff: this is where we hold a kickoff call to begin the project. At the same time, we'll introduce you to the team and make sure your project is set up in our project management system. You'll get access to the system and this is how we'll collaborate to make sure your project is a success.
4- Daily/Weekly Updates: as your project progresses, you'll get updates along the way to make sure we're all headed in the right direction.
5- Launch/Completion: this is pretty self-explanatory. Depending on what type of project we handle, we'll define an end point and make sure you're satisfied.
