The installers did a great job. The owner told me that the unit brand was Haier, however they installed another brand. When I questioned about it, I was told that it was the same with different name; they told me that the company brand installed in my property does manufacturer compressors for many brands, including Haier. I personally didn’t like the explanation and this compressor is noisy, not silent as the Haier unit next to mine. Also, I paid extra for the permit which was never done. I gave four stars because they did a really good installation. The installers were very professional, clean and polite.
