- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company prides ourselves with customer relations. We offer maintenance agreements, one standard package and the other gold package. They both come with discounts if you decide to sign up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 9 years of HVAC experience with 3 years of HVAC schooling. I have a universal epa certificate, HVAC excellence certification, etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out with my Uncle who also had his own Air Conditioning company doing installs. From there I went to Del Air also performing installs and from there 2 other HVAC contractors where I mastered my skills in service and troubleshoot units
