I had a situation arise at one of my rental properties, and I needed help, quickly. My friend suggested Jacob, and I’m so happy he did. Jacob’s work is exceptiona, and he works very efficiently! He appears to be a very hard working person with a great attitude. I’ll be calling Jacob for any future construction or “handyman” work I need help with in the future!

If you need quality work done by a personable, honest contractor than Jacob is the guy you need. He stopped by gave me a quote to fix some loose tiles and re-grout. His prices are reasonable and the quality and care to do a job right the first time is commendable and he was able to get it done within a 24 hour window.
