What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a $150.00 minimum. I offer discounts for referrals and I charge based on the job. That being said every job is unique and has pricing catered especially for it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish contact and build relationship. From there I ask where they heard of my company and if they were referred. We then proceed to dive into the details of the clients needs and I do everything I can to ensure those needs are not only met but exceeded.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in business, I have a drafting certification acquired in the state of Florida, and I’m registered to do all handyman tasks under my business Alberts Handyman Services.
