Ken replaced a water heater for me. I first contacted him on a Sunday afternoon and he got back to me right away and had the job done by midday on Monday. He offered great information about options and what would work best for me. His prices were very reasonable and quality of work was great. What impressed me the most was the questions he asked and info he gathered over the phone to understand exactly what would be needed for the job. It was in a tight, somewhat awkward space and he was able to get the perfect fit for the heater and expansion tank without the need to come out for an estimate. The installation looks better and cleaner than what was there previously.

Well this was the last minute thing that I needed to take care of. Ken was on it the next day. Him and his son, that I would like to add very responsive with also good work quality. He installed my water tank, they went above and beyond if I could give them 10 Stars I would.A+++the work was very professional and I'm glad I found them. Would use them again. I have a $125.00 minimum. I offer discounts for referrals and I charge based on the job. That being said every job is unique and has pricing catered especially for it.

Establish contact and build relationship. From there I ask where they heard of my company and if they were referred. We then proceed to dive into the details of the clients needs and I do everything I can to ensure those needs are not only met but exceeded.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in business, I have a drafting certification acquired in the state of Florida, and I’m registered to do all handyman tasks under my business Alberts Handyman Services.
