Humberto replied to my original request and came the next day which was important since I had new sod installed and my irrigation system was not working. He was flexible to find a time that worked for me. He supplied a "loaner" irrigation controller while we picked up the correct one for my system so I could start watering immediately, then came the very next day to replace it with the correct controller. He was extremely responsive and quick and provided great recommendations to improve my system.
