My husband and I just moved into our very first home together. Our new home included a pool, something we were both very unfamiliar with. We had to call over a dozen 'pool people', half of them never showed up when they said they were going to give me an estimate and the other half showed up and never gave me an estimate. Clarify Pool Services was immediate to pick up the phone when I called and I was also able to talk to a real person and not a robot. I also have the ability to communicate through texts with Clarify Pool Services if I'm unable to call them. When they came out to give me my service estimate, they were the only ones to notice that I had a piece of broken equipment. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for maintenance really depends on the gallons of a pool if it is screened, salt or chorine & the age of the pool. We like to see the pool to get an accurate estimate of a pool & its systems.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free estimate for maintenance, repairs, or pressure washing. Once we have an agreement we get to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 12 years of experience serving central Florida. We are licensed & Insured
