- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Most projects are unique and require an initial conversation to estimate the work and price. A typical website with local listing and social branding cost approximately $2000. A custom website or software development requires discovery process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We typically have an initial kick-off via phone call or email conversation. This helps in understanding the high-level goals and set expectations. This conversation also helps in assessing the technical knowledge so that we can set the level of terminology to use. Depending upon the size of the project, we also discuss project management application such as Asana, Trello or JIRA. Asana provides the tracking of overall project progress as well as specific tasks and a real-time dashboard where the customer can keep abreast of current updates, issues, and progress, and a snapshot of this dashboard will be provided via email on a weekly basis.Deliverables Repository is also set using Dropbox. For a larger project, we go through following discussions as well. • Processes/tools to manage requirements and tasks • Recommendation of Agile/Scrum methodology and tools, such as JIRA/Asana • Definition of roles and responsibilities • Team rituals such as standup meetings, requirement refinement sessions, and weekly demos • Source control, check in/check out and branching strategies • Proper separation of Development, Test and Production environments • Change control procedure, release management and rollback strategy

Customer satisfaction and making sure customer is properly communicated is my top priority.
