- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is onboarding the customer with name, physical, address, ******************************. Asking questions and asking for photos to start the troubleshooting before we arrive on job site so we can come prepared if possible to save time and money for everyone.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of clients. Homeowners, renters, business owners. Our goal is always the same. The goal is always to provide great customer service and to be able to met each customers needs to the best of our ability and to find the solution(s).
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are currently in the middle of 2 remodels and a new construction build. We are always providing plumbing services daily.
