Had a problem with Dryer not starting. I did initial troubleshooting and replaced door switch and thermal switch, but still did not turn on. Tech was very responsive to my request and spent over 30 minutes testing all options. Final identified the issue as a bad drum belt switch. came back two days later and resolved issue. Communication and quality of work were very good. Will call again if needed.

$75 - diagnosis fee. After diagnostics (1-20 minutes) an estimate for the repair is made. Diagnosis fee charge waived completely with repair work order.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer should create new work order. At the agreed time the technician will come to do the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I finished training school. I have 4 certificates and 6 years practice.
